Booking & Payments

• Securing Your Date: A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due a minimum of one week prior to your special day.
• Flexible Payment Options: Custom payment plans are available upon request to make your investment manageable.

Travel & Locations

• Local Coverage: All packages include travel within Kitsap County, WA.
• Travel Beyond Kitsap: Sessions and weddings outside Kitsap County are subject to custom travel fees (covering mileage, ferry tolls, or lodging where applicable). Custom quotes are provided upfront with zero surprises!

Galleries & Turnaround

• Quick Delivery: Engagement portrait galleries are delivered within 2 days, and wedding galleries/films are delivered within 2 weeks all via a private, high-resolution downloadable link with full printing rights. You deserve your memories sooner rather than later, and fast delivery with meticulous detail is a top priority.
• Sneak Peeks: You’ll receive preview shots within 24 hours of your event so you can share the excitement right away!
• Licensed Soundtrack: To ensure your video can be shared online, streamed, and downloaded anywhere without copyright flags, all highlight films feature professionally licensed music hand-selected to match the emotion and energy of your day.
